RIMM special machines
As in any other area of industrial manufacturing, difficult challenges are encountered in the production of moulded rubber parts. Often standard machines can't be used because of parts that are complex in their form, or environmental limits such as room height or narrow footprints. We have the right machines for exactly these special areas.
RIMM 45 C

The 45 C vertical machine is our little all-rounder. Its field of application is metal-rubber-composite parts, as these often protrude from the mould and therefore cannot be produced on conventional machines with tie bars and light barriers.
The C-frame design allows a flexible access to the mould from three sides, making it possible to work with longer and larger parts protruding from the mould.

Dobble machines can be used, where two solo machines would take to much space. In this special configuration two mirrored clamping units are mounted on one compact machine body. The shared electric and hydraulic unit are located in the centre, but each clamping unit has its own control unit.
Besides its smaller footprint comared to two solo-machines, this RIMM machine is beneficial through its reduced price.

This special machine is used for two cavity stackmoulds with injection through a coldrunner in the middle plate. The injection unit is detachable and can be position in height precisly to your mould. So the mould is independent an a fast demoulding process is guaranteed.
Also, through the vertical arrangement of the injectin unit a lower machine hight is optained, which allowes the usage in areas with low room heights.
Clamping force and size of the clapming unit, as the shot volume of the detachable injection unit are designed specifically for the customer.

This RIMM machine configuration with vertical injection in dobble version combines the benefits of the two special machines mentioned above.

RIMM vertical machines with injection from bottom ensure a repeatedly accurate part position through a fixe lower heating plate. This makes the RIMM V-B machine a reliable workhorse for an automated workflow and process reliability.
The machine is available with a clamping force of 45 t to 400 t and an injection volume of 150 cm³ to 6000 cm³ in graduations to suit your requirements.
